For the new roofing system, the homeowner chose Owens Corning Duration shingles in Williamsburg Gray, a classic, versatile color known for its durability and resistance to algae growth, wind, and moisture. These shingles are backed by a lifetime material warranty, ensuring long-term performance. DuraRidge ridge vents were installed to promote healthy attic ventilation, protecting the roof structure and improving energy efficiency.
The gutter system was replaced with 6-inch white gutters and downspouts for improved water management and a clean, crisp appearance.
