In the heart of California, MD, a homeowner knew it was time to replace their aging roof before small problems turned into bigger issues. After scheduling a free inspection, the signs were clear—shingle wear, limited ventilation, and outdated materials had taken their toll. It was time for a complete roof replacement that would restore protection and peace of mind.
After reviewing roofing options, the homeowner chose a full system featuring GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Fox Hollow Grey—a cool-toned, reliable shingle built for long-term performance and modern curb appeal. The entire roof was stripped down to the decking, inspected, and rebuilt using high-performance components including a white drip edge, Snow Country ridge vents, and waterproof underlayment. Every detail was installed according to GAF guidelines to ensure the system would qualify for full manufacturer warranty coverage.
In addition to the roof, the project included updates to the right elevation fascia and the replacement of four downspouts, all of which had shown signs of wear and needed to be addressed to ensure proper water management. The new gutter and downspout components were installed with precision and are protected by a 5-year labor warranty for added peace of mind.
The project was completed on schedule, with minimal disruption to the homeowner. From tear-off to clean-up, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care.
