Cracked shingles, poor drainage, and outdated materials were putting the home at risk. A free inspection confirmed it was time to act, and a full roof replacement plan was set in motion.
The homeowner selected Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles in Colonial Slate, a refined and classic choice that pairs durability with elevated curb appeal. These shingles are engineered to resist wind, water, and algae damage and come backed by a 50-year lifetime shingle warranty.
The ventilation system was upgraded with DuraRidge ridge vents, which support healthy airflow, helping to reduce attic heat and moisture that can otherwise shorten the roof’s lifespan.
Although no gutter or siding upgrades were included at the time of contract signing, the supplementing was marked TBD, allowing room for additional restoration as needed through insurance if approved.
As with every install, the project followed manufacturer guidelines and local code, and it’s fully protected by a 5-year labor warranty for added peace of mind.
