Looking for a long-term solution with both strength and curb appeal, they reached out for a free inspection—and together we created a plan to restore the roof and ensure reliable protection moving forward.
The homeowner chose GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Williamsburg Slate, a classic and timeless color that enhances the home’s exterior while offering high-performance durability. These shingles are built to resist wind, algae, and UV damage, backed by a limited lifetime material warranty.
The installation began with a full tear-off of existing roofing materials, followed by a decking inspection to ensure a solid base for the new system. A white drip edge was installed for a clean perimeter finish and improved runoff protection. To help regulate attic airflow and reduce the chance of heat or moisture buildup, Snow Country ridge vents were added to the ridgeline.
Additional restoration included replacing five damaged window screens, completing the project with detailed attention to both function and finish. The roof installation was completed following manufacturer guidelines to qualify for full warranty coverage and backed by a 5-year labor warranty.
Now with a clean, modern roof overhead and critical updates completed, this Leonardtown home is once again secure, efficient, and ready to face the seasons ahead with confidence.
