The existing system was stripped down to the decking, ensuring a clean foundation for the installation of Owens Corning Duration shingles in Peppercorn, a color chosen for its bold style and ability to complement the home’s exterior. To finish the system, a white drip edge and DuraRidge vents were added, providing both durability and proper ventilation to extend the roof’s lifespan.
As part of the project, new 6-inch seamless white gutters were installed along with Leaf Relief guards, helping direct rainwater safely away from the home while reducing the risk of clogs and maintenance. Downspouts were also replaced, and a pipe jack was moved out of the valley for improved long-term performance. Every detail was addressed to make sure the new roof and gutter system worked together seamlessly.
Backed by a 50-year lifetime shingle warranty and a 5-year labor warranty, this project ensures the homeowner has peace of mind knowing their investment is well protected.
