The roof was replaced with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Colonial Slate, a striking and durable choice designed to handle Maryland’s seasonal weather shifts. These shingles come backed by a 50-year lifetime warranty, and when paired with DuraRidge vents, they provide a balanced system that ensures strength, ventilation, and long-lasting performance.
To enhance curb appeal and provide greater durability, the project also included a complete siding replacement using CertainTeed MainStreet siding in D5 woodgrain, Flagstone color. This siding brought a fresh, modern finish while reinforcing the home’s resistance to wind and moisture.
The upgrades were completed with 6-inch oversized seamless white gutters, built to manage water effectively during heavy rains and protect the foundation. Additional interior updates included painting ceilings across multiple rooms, adding a fresh and finished look to the inside of the home as well.
With a 5-year labor warranty supporting the craftsmanship, this Crescent Lane property now has a fully upgraded exterior that combines strength, style, and peace of mind for years to come.
