A complete exterior remodel was completed at this home in Saint Leonard, MD, focused on roofing, siding, and gutter system upgrades. The existing roofing system had aged significantly, and after a detailed assessment, the homeowner chose Owens Corning Duration shingles in Williamsburg Gray, installed on both the house and detached garage. The new roof included shingle-over ridge vents, a white drip edge, and a full clean-up and decking inspection.
To enhance both performance and appearance, a full siding update was included. This included smooth white capped fascia, freeze board, and finished eaves and rakes on the house. The soffits were upgraded to hidden vented white panels, supporting attic ventilation and giving the home a clean, finished look. All siding components were installed with proper moisture barrier, house wrap, and necessary accessories to protect the structure.
The home’s gutter system was also replaced. New 6” seamless white gutters and downspouts were installed on both the house and garage, along with leaf relief guards for improved flow and debris protection. Additional scope included Velux solar-vented skylights and 22×46 curbs over the shed.
Every component was installed to manufacturer specifications and backed by a 50-year lifetime warranty on materials and a solid workmanship guarantee, ensuring this home’s exterior is protected and visually updated for the long haul.
