In Morgantown, MD, the homeowner at Hanover Drive needed more than a roof replacement—they were looking for a full exterior upgrade to bring protection and style back to their home. With weathered shingles and siding beginning to fail, they reached out for a professional assessment and solution that would last.
After a thorough inspection, the decision was made to complete a full roof replacement and targeted siding restoration. The homeowner selected Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray, a modern and reliable shingle built for long-term durability, wind resistance, and a refined look. To promote ventilation and protect the roof system from heat and moisture damage, DuraRidge ridge vents were installed. A clean Almond-colored drip edge tied the whole system together with both function and finish.
In addition to the roof, our team replaced 200 square feet of siding on the back elevation, carefully matching the existing materials to maintain the home’s original character. Every section was installed with care to ensure seamless blending and weather resistance.
We also replaced 10 feet of downspout on the right elevation, ensuring the updated roof system could efficiently move water away from the foundation. The entire project was covered under a 5-year labor warranty, giving the homeowner full peace of mind from the ground up.
